We offer expedited delivery if required. High-volume production on compression springs only. Any metal or alloy. Serving the Aerospace, Medical, Military, Technology and Automotive Industries. We utilize Photo Chemical Machining, Laser Cutting, Waterjet Cutting, Stamping and Wire EDM processes.

We make wire products in sizes ranging from .005” to .625”. Flat Stock Parts in metal thickness’ ranging from .002” to .250”.

Compression Springs

Conical Shapes, Barrel Shapes, Hour Glass Shapes and continuous lengths up to 24 ft. Dual and Triple assemblies. Variable Rate springs. Springs manufactured out of round, square or braided wire.

Flat Springs

Leaf springs, cantilever designs and special edges for improved fatigue life. Detent Springs with or without rollers.

Belleville Washers

From the miniature size up to 12” diameters.

Spring Clips

Made from tempered spring steel, stainless steel or any alloy.

Torsion Springs

Any end configuration you require to facilitate mounting. Round or square wire.

Wire Forms

Utilizing round or square wire. Welding, threading, staking, knurling and coined or swedged configurations. CNC 5 axis wire forming in wire sizes from .120” to .375”.

Stampings

Blanks made using Laser cutting, wire EDM, chemical machining, waterjet cutting, or conventional stamping. Welded assemblies.

Retaining Rings

Round wire or Square wire only.

Extension Springs

Any hook design imaginable. Dual springs. Draw bar type or Plug style extension springs.

Wave Washers

Curved washers, 2 waves, 3 waves or more. Manufactured in diameters up to 12”.

Electrical Terminals

Utilizing chemically machined, burr free, metal parts without blanking dies. Soldered contacts. Tin, Nickel, Silver or Gold plating available.

Bus Bars

Metal thicknesses up to .375” in a range of materials with or without insulated coatings.
