SPECIAL ORDERS are not a problem for Michigan Steel Spring, but rather a service offered to meet our customer’s requirements for PROTOTYPE, SHORT RUN and PRODUCTION custom engineered springs and spring products.

Consultation with one of our Engineers early in the design stage, will often result in COST SAVINGS and other OPTIMIZATIONS.

MSS uses LASER CUTTING, PHOTOCHEMICAL MACHINING, CONVENTIONAL STAMPING, WATERJET and WIRE EDM to produce certain types of parts. All are dependent upon the quantity, tolerance and type of material being used.

Our Quality System, certified to ISO 9001:2015, is set up to ensure close monitoring and control checks throughout the manufacturing process by utilizing Precision Calibrated Inspection Equipment.
