Wire Forms

Wire forms can be utilized for many different applications and can provide

  • An actual spring force or torque
  • Enhanced structural integrity
  • A linkage between parts in an assembly

While there are limitations in manufacturing, no design is too complicated for Michigan Steel Spring. When appropriate, wire forms are manufactured on CNC benders. When special requirements such as threading is required, presses and hand bending equipment is used.

We provide complete support with design assistance, prototyping and small or large volume production.

Michigan Steel Spring manufactures wire forms in:

  • Square or round wire
  • Wire sizes ranging from .010" to .625".
