Wave and Curved Washers

Wave washers and curved washers are used for moderate thrust loads in limited space.

Common spring washers are normally “curved” or have “three” waves, but we also manufacture custom wave washers with:

  • Multiple waves from two waves on up
  • Outer diameters up to 15.0"

We routinely manufacture spring washers using:

  • Common ferrous and non-ferrous spring materials
  • Precious metals like Beryllium Copper and Phos Bronze,
  • Other alloys for service in hi-temp and corrosive environments.

Presetting and 100% load testing are utilized as warranted.
